Coach Agnello has been the Varsity Basketball Coach at Westside High School for 12 years.  The Rams have made the playoffs in 11 of those years, capturing six region titles (including a span of four straight seasons) during that time.  Coach Agnello has been recognized as the Region Coach of the Year four times, and the Anderson Independent Area Coach of the Year twice.  He was a coach for the prestigious North/South game in 2025. In his 12 seasons, the Rams have produced 7 All-State Players, while 13 players have gone on to play basketball at the next level.  Coach Agnello has a career record of 185-91 while at Westside High School.

Coach Agnello has a Master's Degree in Physical Education from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's Degree from Saint John's University.  He has been teaching for 17 years at the middle and high school levels.

Coach Agnello and his wife reside in the Centerville Area of Anderson County and they have two children; Nolan and Ava.
